The annual Tommy Fund Family Day will be held on Sunday at the Yale Tennis Center in New Haven. The Tommy Fund for Childhood Cancer helps children undergoing cancer care at Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital through research, support services and financial support to families in need.


Participants can run a 5K road race or walk two miles and kids under the age of 10 can run in a .3 mile fun run. The fun run begins at 10 a.m. and the 5K run and 2-mile walk at 10:30 a.m. Registration costs $20 before September 30 and $25 after; children 10 and under are $10, and $15 after September 30.
